Nicky Long is the Chief Executive Officer of Guide Dogs Victoria, bringing extensive executive leadership experience across the corporate, healthcare, medical research and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about advancing equity, access and inclusion.

Prior to Guide Dogs Victoria, Nicky served as CEO of Expression Australia and was the inaugural CEO of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision. She has held a number of board and advisory roles across health, medical research and community organisations such as The Royal Women’s Hospital Foundation, The Snowdome Foundation, St Kilda Football Club Foundation and is an active mentor to emerging women leaders.

Nicky is recognised for driving purpose-led organisations through strategic growth, innovation and impact, and was a finalist in the 2020 Telstra Business Women’s Awards (Victoria) in the For Purpose and Social Enterprise category.
