Sarah is Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation and brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic philanthropy, investment, technology innovation and not-for-profit leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Sarah founded Neurologic Plus, a consultancy specialising in innovation strategy and commercialisation in the health and education sectors. Her work included the development of technology-enabled platforms designed to expand access to research-based services and improve user engagement.

Sarah has advised early-stage medical technology ventures on governance and growth and serves on the Council of Wesley College and is the Chair of the Nominations Committee. Sarah is active across the education, innovation and not-for-profit sectors, serving as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors and Chair of the Governance Committee for CaSPA Aged Care.

As Chief Executive Officer, Sarah is responsible for the Foundation’s strategic and operational leadership, including its research investment framework, partnerships and stakeholder engagement. Her experience supports the Foundation’s focus on translating medical research into improved outcomes for women, babies and their families.
